1. Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.

2. Delivery Fee: A £49 delivery fee will be deducted per panel from your refund once the panels are received by us.

3. Exclusions: This policy does not apply to custom-made or cut-to-size panels, as these are tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold. If your panel arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

4. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Return Process: 
   - To initiate a return, please contact us for authorization.
   - Once approved, we will arrange a collection date with our courier service.
   - Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
